Due to COVID-19 and for the health and safety of our customers and our team members, our offices will be closed to the public through Sunday, May 31st or until further notice in compliance with existing emergency proclamations and orders.

During this period of office closure, no walk-ins are allowed and customers should email us through our contact us link and/or call us for an appointment.

All meetings shall comply with "social distancing" rules and guidelines to limit close contact with others. Social distancing is expressly important for those who are at higher risks.

If you have personal circumstances or situations that present challenges with practicing social distancing please contact us to discuss your circumstance.

Please reschedule your appointment if you:

Have traveled internationally or from the continental US within the last 14 days
Have a household or close family member with whom you've been in a close environment within the last 14 days, who has traveled internationally, or from the continental US.
Within the last 14 days, have been in close contact (within 6 feet for 15 minutes or more) with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
Within the last 14 days, have tested positive for the COVID-19.
Currently experiencing one or more of the following symptoms: fever, cough, colds, shortness of breath, body aches, diarrhea, rash, nausea, sore throat, vomiting, headache, loss of taste or smell, chills or shaking w/ chills
Have you been around anyone who has been exhibiting any of these symptoms as listed above in the past 14 days?
Have a temperature at/above 100.4°F
